1. Reservation and Payment:
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation.
- Payment is due upon check-in. We accept cash and major credit cards.
2. Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is [14:00], and check-out time is [10:00].
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made [30] or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within [7] of the arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Guest Responsibilities:
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay.

- The use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- No illicit activities are allowed on the premises
- The possession of any licenced firearms are to be reported prior to check-in.
- No unlicenced firearms are allowed on the property.
5. Smoking and Pets:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guesthouse. Designated smoking areas are available.
- Pets are not allowed except for guide dogs and service dogs.
6. Liability:
- Wingrock Guesthouse is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and should report any hazards or concerns to the staff immediately.
7. Privacy Policy:
- Guest information will be kept confidential and used only for reservation and communication purposes.
8. Changes to Terms of Service:
- Wingrock Guesthouse reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes.

- This agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
